Last Thursday, The Young Friends of the Wilkinson Center hosted its second annual Silent Disco kickoff event at DEC on Dragon. The event benefited Wilkinson Center, a nonprofit organization dedicated to transforming the lives of Dallas families by providing pathways to self-sufficiency with dignity and respect. This was a free happy hour to attend, but patrons could purchase Young Friend Memberships and Silent Disco tickets to the main event that will take place on Friday, Sept. 11 at the Candleroom from 9 p.m-2 a.m. Tickets are $35 for Young Friends Members and $45 each for non-members.
