Dad-gummit. There are only two tables available for Friday night’s Shaken Not Stirred benefiting the Wilkinson Center. What really makes it a problem is they’re gonna take the online ticketing offline at midnight Thursday (October 24).
Okay, let’s do a check. If you want to be in a huge convention-like gala, then you don’t want to even try for a ticket. But if you want a gala with delicious food in the palatial setting of the Adolphus ballroom with people who share your taste and attitude about a good time, then you had better hustle for this one.
With a James Bond theme, you just know the drinks, seated dinner, entertainment and faces are going to be sorta outstanding. Oh, and did we mention that the honorary chairs are Micki Rawlings and her Mayor Mike husband? And the best part is that it benefits the Wilkinson Center.
BTW, tickets are $175 for the gala. If that’s more than your budget can afford, then think about the After Party, which is $50 online and $75 at the door. And if even that’s a wee bit too much for you, then think about the raffle tickets — one ticket for $20, three tickets for $50 and six tickets for $100.
